    Growth Marketing Lead

    Description

    • We are preparing for a soft launch and early growth phase. Building a product designed to create real value for creators, entrepreneurs, and businesses,and we believe in moving fast.
    • We are looking for an experienced growth marketing leadwho can help us generate momentum, validate positioning, and drive early adoption within a short timeframe.
    • As Marketing Lead, you will own our brand growth strategy and execution across all major digital channels. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and fast execution.
    • You will work closely with the founders and product team to ensure marketing aligns with reality, delivers measurable traction, and supports rapid iteration.

    Key Responsibilities
    Growth & Strategy:

    • Design and execute a short and long-term growth strategy focused on rapid traction
    • Identify and test high-leverage growth opportunities
    • Continuously analyse performance and optimise based on data

    Digital Marketing Execution:

    • Lead email marketing (launch sequences, onboarding, retention)
    • Optimise web and conversion funnels
    • Drive organic and paid social media growth
    • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns
    • Shape and execute content marketing and positioning.

    Collaboration & Leadership:

    • Work directly with founders on messaging and go-to-market strategy
    • Align marketing efforts with product development
    • Set clear KPIs and report meaningful insights.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with experience in digital marketing or growth roles
    • Proven experience driving growth in startups or fast-moving environments
    • Strong understanding of funnels, performance marketing, and user psychology
    • Ability to execute quickly without heavy oversight
    • Comfortable working in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience leading early-stage launches
    • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
    • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
