    Brand Communications & Influencer Relations Lead

    The Opportunity

    • Are you a master storyteller with your finger on the pulse of the beauty industry? Do you know exactly how to turn a product launch into a viral movement?
    • RLG Cosmetics is looking for a dynamic Brand Communications & Influencer Relations Lead to elevate our brand visibility, champion our reputation, and drive deep customer engagement. In this role, you will own our brand voice, mastermind our content calendars, and build authentic, powerful partnerships with top beauty creators, influencers, media partners, and brand ambassadors.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Brand Voice & Strategy: Develop and execute RLG Cosmetics' brand communication strategy, ensuring a flawless, consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all digital and offline channels.
    • The Narrative: Craft compelling stories that highlight our commitment to clean, skincare-infused beauty.
    • Campaign Launches: Design and implement comprehensive communication plans for new product launches, promotions, and major corporate announcements.
    • Influencer & Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and maintain strategic relationships with influencers, celebrities, and media partners to drive authentic brand love.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Digital Marketing, Creative, Sales, and E-commerce teams to design and execute integrated, visually stunning marketing campaigns.
    • Reputation Management: Actively monitor customer sentiment and protect brand health by addressing brand-related issues with poise and agility.
    • What You Bring to the Table

    Education & Experience

    • Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. (Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or PR are a major plus!)
    • Track Record: 2–3 years of proven experience in Brand Communications, Influencer Marketing, PR, or Digital Marketing.
    • Industry Edge: Direct experience working within the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors is highly preferred.
    • Portfolio: A proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns and strategic brand partnerships.

    Core Competencies:

    • Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and verbal communication skills.
    • A natural knack for relationship-building and stakeholder management.
    • Strong campaign planning, negotiation, and project management skills.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and pivot strategies accordingly.
    • High creativity, trend-awareness, and relentless attention to detail.
