    Admin Assistant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to support the daily operations of our remittance and foreign exchange business.
    • The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders, and assist in ensuring smooth business operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support for the daily operations of the remittance and FX business.
    • Manage executives’ schedules, correspondence, reports, and follow-up tasks.

    Technical Product Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a hands-on Technical Product Manager who lives and breathes operational execution.
    • You will own our entire delivery pipeline.
    • You will useMiroto map out user journeys and workflows with the team, and you will use Zoho Sprintto manage every epic, story, task, and burndown chart.
    • Your primary KPI is developer velocity,ensuring every sprint produces tangible, demoable progress that wows senior management and investors.

    Key Responsibilities
    Operational Delivery:

    • Own and manageZoho Sprintcompletely. Set up projects, create epics, write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, and assign story points.
    • Run all Agile ceremonies directly inside Zoho Sprint: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospectives.
    • Use Miroto facilitate collaborative sessions — mapping complex user flows, wireframing rough ideas with the team, and visualizing dependencies before they go into Zoho Sprint.
    • Ruthlessly remove blockers. If a developer is stuck, you step in immediately —whether that means clarifying requirements, chasing stakeholders, or re-prioritizing the sprint.

    Product Strategy:

    • Own the product roadmap inside Zoho Sprint. Prioritize features based on what will drive user adoption and help close our pre-seed/seed funding round.
    • Conductuser research (interviews, surveys, data analysis) to validate that we are building the right things.
    • Align the engineering team's output with business milestones and demo timelines.

    Technical Bridge:

    • You donotneed to write code. However, you must understand system dependencies (APIs, databases, frontend/backend interactions) well enough to challenge developers' estimates and explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

    Must-Have Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead in a startup or fast-paced environment.
    • Deep expertise in Zoho Sprint:You have actively used it to manage backlogs, run sprints, generate burndown reports, and track team velocity. You can train the rest of the team on best practices.
    • Expert user of Miro:You have used Miro to map user journeys, create workflow diagrams, and facilitate remote team brainstorming sessions. You know how to turn a messy Miro board into a clean, actionable plan.
    • Proven operational excellence:You can walk us through exactly how you structure a sprint, manage a backlog, and increase team velocity — using Zoho Sprint as your primary tool.
    • Excellent stakeholder communication:You can tell the CEO "no" (or "not yet") in a way that maintains trust, while keeping the developers motivated and unblocked.
    • Basic technical literacy:You understand REST APIs, databases, and mobile/web development lifecycles.

    Nice-to-Haves:

    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
    • Experience in Healthtech / Femtech / Marketplace.
    • Experience preparing product demos for investor pitches.
    • Familiarity with Jira or ClickUp (so you can adapt if we ever migrate).
