    Audit Assurance Manager

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Assurance Manager to join our

    • company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading audit engagements, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Audit Assurance Manager will oversee a team of auditors, providing guidance and support while ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for audit-related inquiries.
    • Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Review and evaluate audit work papers, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
    • Identify and assess risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them during the audit process.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing and assurance services.
    • Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to clients and senior management.
    •  Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to risk management and compliance.
    • Contribute to the development of audit methodologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Assist in business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.

     Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
    • Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), or equivalent is required.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in audit and assurance services, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
    • Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • The applicant should be currently working in consulting firm
