    • Identify operational gaps and propose practical, implementable solutions.

    Financial & Commercial Exposure:

    • Support budgeting, expense tracking, payroll oversight, and basic financial reporting.
    • Develop a hands-on understanding of pricing, commissions, collections, and unit economics.

    Governance & Compliance:

    • Support Board and senior management processes, including meeting preparation, minutes, and action-tracking.
    • Assist with regulatory compliance and engagement with relevant government agencies and institutions.

    Leadership Development:

    • Work closely with team leads to drive accountability, coordination, and execution.
    • Progressively take ownership of projects, teams, or defined business units.
    • Receive direct mentorship from the CEO on leadership, judgment, ethics, and decision-making.

    Candidate Profile
    Education:

    • MBA or MSc in Management from Lagos Business School (preferred) or a comparable institution.

    Experience:

    • 3–5 years post-business school experience in consulting, corporate strategy, operations, financial services, or a structured management role.
    • Exposure to professional services, including real estate or operations-driven businesses, is an advantage.

    • This role is designed as a succession pipeline into senior executive leadership.
    • The successful candidate will be developed to assume increasing responsibility, with the long-term objective of leading the business.
