Resolving customers' questions and grievances in a professional manner.
Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations.
Recording all income and expenses and ensuring that cash registers are balanced.

Responsibilities:
Operational Support & Leadership:
Assist the Store General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
Lead and motivate team members by providing clear instructions, delegating tasks effectively, and offering constructive feedback for performance improvement.
Ensure adherence to EAT ‘N’GO's high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
Develop and implement effective schedules to ensure adequate staffing for peak and off-peak hours (may include some shift management responsibilities).
Customer Focus:
Champion exceptional customer service by working with the team to deliver a positive and memorable dining experience.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Financial & Inventory Management:
Assist the Store General Manager with managing restaurant budgets and controlling costs.
Monitor inventory levels and participate in ordering procedures to maintain optimal stock.
Contribute to the preparation of accurate financial reports.
Training & Development:
Play a role in training and onboarding new staff members.
Assist with coaching and development of existing team members.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
Conduct regular hygiene and safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, with some experience in leadership role.
HND or B.Sc. degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems.
A passion for the food service industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to work in a shift job, weekends, and holidays.
