Concierge – Hospitality at a Reputable Company

The Concierge will provide personalized assistance to guests, ensuring their requests are handled efficiently and professionally and contributing to an exceptional hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities and local attractions.
• Assist with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements and other guest requests.
• Coordinate airport transfers, taxis and other transportation requirements.
• Assist with luggage and guest belongings where necessary.
• Handle special requests promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local restaurants, attractions, events and services.
• Assist VIP guests and coordinate special arrangements.
• Resolve routine guest concerns and escalate complex matters appropriately.
• Maintain excellent grooming, courtesy and professional conduct.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND in Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality, concierge, front office or guest services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants and transportation options.
• Excellent customer-service and problem-solving skills.
• Smart and professional appearance.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Salary: ₦100,000–₦150,000 monthly
