General Manager / Country Operations Lead at Prodevs

Monthly Compensation: ₦1,200,000 - ₦1,500,000

Reports to: Managing Director / Owner

Role Summary

Lead ProTaxi's Abuja launch and own the commercial and operational performance of the business. The role is accountable for fleet utilisation, revenue, driver performance, customer experience and the overall city P&L.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Abuja launch and day-to-day business operations.
• Own revenue, operating costs, city P&L and per-vehicle profitability.
• Set and continuously review driver repayment and earnings structures.
• Manage the lean launch team and key external partners.
• Own fleet utilisation and ensure vehicles spend maximum productive time on the road.
• Work with ProDevs on product issues, operational requirements and improvements.
• Manage key government, commercial and ecosystem relationships alongside the compliance consultant.
• Establish operating KPIs and report business performance to the owners.

Ideal Profile

• 6+ years in mobility, logistics, fleet operations, fintech, asset finance or another operations-heavy business.
• Experience managing a balance sheet, vehicle portfolio or driver network is strongly preferred. Abuja/FCT market experience is an advantage.
