Primary Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the lab's market share and brand awareness.
• Strategic Planning: Create and execute strategic plans for the lab's growth and development.
• Financial Management: Oversee the lab's financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of dental technicians and support staff.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including dentists, orthodontists, and other healthcare professionals.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Aligner Brand Development: Develop and manage the lab's aligner brand, including product development, marketing, and sales.
• Administration: Handle administrative tasks such as HR, IT, and procurement.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the lab's compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
