Accountant at Cen Global Services Limited

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with 1–2 years of professional experience to manage daily financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support reporting and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, integrity, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in accounting software
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims
• Support payroll preparation and statutory deductions where required
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Prepare documentation for audits and liaise with auditors when necessary
• Maintain organized financial records and filing systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of financial regulations and tax principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
