Area Sales Manager (ASM) - Dry Hair

Job Summary
- We are looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth for our Dry Hair product category in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Manage distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Lead and support the sales team to deliver business objectives.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years' sales experience in FMCG, beauty, personal care, or hair care.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
