Angle Straightening Machine Operator (Fabrication)

Qualification
- Candidates should possess a Diploma in Engineering / High School qualification (Mechanical)
Key Requirements:
- Able to operate angle straightening machine.
- Able to know about tolerances of camber and straightness for Angle profile
- Able to do roller setting of straightening machines for section sizes and profile.
- Good Knowledge about critical operating point of machine operation related to setting of material section size
- Knowledge of general maintenance, machine check point and cleaning work
- Knowledge of safely loading & unloading activity at machine area as per planning.
- Knowledge of measuring instrument of section checking.
- Good practice on maintains good House Keeping in surrounding area including 5S concept
- Good knowledge about equipment Safety and other safety rules with Its effectiveness.
- Core Functional Experience Operating of Angle straightening machine.
