Job Summary

• The Folder Gluer Supervisor is responsible for overseeing folder gluer operations within a fast-paced packaging production environment.
• The role ensures efficient machine performance, high-quality carton output, and adherence to production schedules

Qualifications & Experience

• HND//BSc. Certification is required.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Folder Gluer Operator in a packaging or manufacturing company.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong hands-on experience with folder gluer machines (e.g., straight line, crash lock, multi-point gluing)
