Role Description

• The Anatomy Lecturer will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging, evidence-based academic content in anatomy to students via virtual platforms.
• Responsibilities include preparing and grading assessments, developing curriculum materials, mentoring students, and staying updated with advancements in the field. Collaboration with other faculty members for interdisciplinary education initiatives is also expected.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy and expertise in delivering anatomy lectures and presentations
• Strong skills in curriculum development, assessment design, and educational technology
• Proficiency in research and academic writing to contribute to the institution's knowledge base
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
• Experience with online teaching platforms and virtual classroom tools
• Doctoral degree in Anatomy, Medicine, or a closely related field; teaching experience at the college level preferred
• A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Knowledge or experience in naturopathic medicine or integrative healthcare is a plus
