Corporate Finance plays a crucial role in managing the financial activities of the Group; ensuring its long-term sustainability and growth. The team is fast paced with responsibilities across group treasury, budgeting, financial planning and strategy, capital structure management, investor relations and, financial advisory.

Duties & Responsibilities
Build and own financial models – including three statement model, valuation and scenario analysis.
Work with internal teams, Legal, Operations, Risk and Finance to compile and maintain electronic data rooms.
Compile, analyze, and maintain detailed operations and financial performance data across teams and subsidiaries.
Assist with preparation of documents, reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other relevant analytics software.
Assist in the creation and review of regular and ad-hoc materials for executive committee, management and Board of Directors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or at least 1-5 years experience in a finance related role.
Strong preference will be given to candidates who have completed a recognized finance or valuation designation or advanced degree.
Analytical and quantitative skills, coupled with good judgment and qualitative insight.
Familiarity with basic financial calculations, as well as a working understanding of financial statements, analysis and visualization of data is a plus.
