Genesis Couture Ltd is seeking a skilled Manager / Supervisor with strong tailoring and garment production experience to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow in the fashion house.

Responsibilities
- Supervise tailors and production staff
- Oversee daily tailoring and production activities
- Ensure timely delivery of garments
- Maintain quality standards for all finished products
- Monitor staff attendance and performance
- Resolve production or fitting issues
- Prepare daily production reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in tailoring and garment production
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience
