    Account Reconciliation & Receivables Officer

    Are you detail-oriented and passionate about financial accuracy and accountability? 

    Invent Alliance Limited is looking for a reliable and thorough Account Reconciliation & Receivables Officer to help us maintain financial discipline in our growing bakery operations. If you're a problem solver with strong integrity and a keen eye for numbers, this role is for you! 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Daily Reconciliation: Match sales records (cash, POS, transfers) with deposits and flag discrepancies promptly. 
    • Receivables Management: Track customer balances, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure prompt collections. 
    • Account Monitoring: Maintain up-to-date customer and supplier ledgers and provide regular ageing reports. 
    • Record Keeping: Accurately document all transactions and maintain clear, audit-ready files. 
    • Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation and receivables performance reports. 
    • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the inventory, procurement, and sales teams to validate financial records and resolve payment or product delivery issues. 
    • Compliance & Escalation: Ensure adherence to financial policies and escalate anomalies or suspected fraud immediately. 

    Qualifications & Skills: 

    • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
    • 1–2 years of relevant experience in account reconciliation or receivables, preferably in a retail, FMCG, or bakery environment 
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools like QuickBooks. 
    • Excellent record-keeping and documentation habits 
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision 
    • Must demonstrate honesty, integrity, and accountability 
    • Resides within Ajah, Sangotedo, or nearby locations
