    Procurement Manager (Raw Materials)

    We are seeking a strategic Procurement Manager to lead the end-to-end sourcing of raw materials for our industrial and household product lines. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless supply of high-quality materials while navigating global supply chain complexities and local economic fluctuations. Your goal is to optimize spend, mitigate supplier risk, and ensure that our manufacturing plants never face downtime due to stockouts.

    Job Details

    • Strategic Sourcing: Identify and vet global and local suppliers for key raw materials
    • Cost Optimization: Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to protect margins against inflation and forex volatility.
    • Inventory Planning: Collaborate with the Production, Demand Planning and Warehouse teams to maintain optimal safety stock levels.
    • Contract Management: Negotiate long-term Supply Agreements, SLAs, and credit terms with international and local vendors.
    • Compliance & Quality: Ensure all raw materials meet regulatory standards (NAFDAC, SON) and internal quality specifications.
    • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Conduct periodic supplier audits and performance evaluations to ensure reliability.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Chemistry or any related discipline.
    • Experience: 5 - 7years of relevant experience in industrial chemical , Food grade chemical , pharmaceutical Chemicals , and food raw materials manufacturing or distribution environment.
    • Industry Knowledge: 
    • Understanding of chemical material specifications, handling, and storage protocols.

    Territory Sales Manager - Industrial/Construction Adhesives

    The Territory Sales Manager is required to take full ownership of the Lagos market. Your goal is to aggressively grow the market share of Cormart's range of Industrial and Construction Adhesives by leading a high-performing team, collaborating with stakeholders and opening new industrial channels.

    Brands: VinkoBond, VinkoGit

    Focus: Market Expansion & Team Leadership

    Reports to: National Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive Growth: Execute aggressive sales strategies to increase market share for VinkoBond and VinkoGit across Lagos.
    • Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of Sales Executives and Reps, ensuring they meet and exceed daily/monthly KPIs.
    • Market Development: Personally lead high-level negotiations with major distributors, construction firms, and large-scale furniture manufacturers.
    • Channel Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail outlets and wholesalers in key industrial hubs (e.g., Mushin, Odun-Ade, Lekki/Ajah axis).

    Reporting: Provide detailed weekly analytics on sales performance, competitor activity, and artisan feedback.

    Requirements

    • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role within the Adhesives, Construction Chemicals, or Building Materials sector.
    • Education: B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Lagos Mastery: Deep, "boots-on-the-ground" knowledge of the Lagos building material markets and distribution networks.
    • Skills: Strong negotiation, people management, and strategic planning abilities.
    • Mobility: Must be willing to spend 70% of the time in the field with the team.
