Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

• Analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission requirements for both local and international admissions.
• Perfect knowledge of international Exams .
• Follow-up with students for any enquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails.
• Advice students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved.
• Provide assistance with recruitment activities, student interviews, admission publications, and information sessions.
• Participate in all recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events.
• Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks in order to generate student reports for management whenever required.
• Providing consultations with prospective students and parents when requested
• Communicate with applicants about their application status, including acceptance/rejection
• Referring accepted students to scholarship and bursary information as applicable

Skills

• Considerable knowledge of college admissions policies and procedures.
• Skill in delivering presentations.
• Ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
• Knowledge of student recruitment and visa processing issues.
• Ability to travel on occasion outside Nigeria area.
• Organizing and coordinating skills.
• Ability to design and write promotional material.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or it equivalent in any field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the Education/Travel Industry.

Salary Expectation

• 80,000 – 100,000 per month
