    Admin Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure proper maintenance of the Society's public utilities such as telephone, cable network service electricity and so on for optimal and effective performance
    • Ensure up-to-date documentations and records of all BSN's assets and properties pan-Nigeria
    • Coordinates and maintains up-to-date register of BSN's fixed assets, pan- Nigeria and indexing of assets as and when due where necessary.

    Personnel Specification

    • 5 years cognate experience with at least 3 years of it in core Administrative field
    • Must possess a National Diploma in Management related fields;
    • Ability to be involved in core administrative issues;
    • Total adherence to admin policies and operational activities of the Society
    • Proven Christian experience and integrity;
    • Willingness to learn and ability to work as a team player;
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.;
    • Must be highly assertive, not easily provoked, sociable and always hungry for timely delivery of results
    • Applicant must be willing to learn and must be practicing and committed Christian with good testimonies of turning point experiences.
