    Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    Key Responsibilities

    CCTV & Access Control Maintenance Supervisor

    Job Summary (Please note that this is a shift job)

    • The CCTV & Access Control Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising the installation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, boom barriers, intrusion alarm systems, intercom systems, and other related electronic security systems.
    • The supervisor oversees maintenance technicians, ensures timely response to service requests, maintains maximum system uptime, and delivers high-quality technical support while complying with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV, access control, boom barrier, intercom, intrusion alarm, and other electronic security systems.
    • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, electrical, and network-related faults.
    • Ensure all scheduled preventive maintenance activities are completed on time and in accordance with service agreements.
    • Perform routine system health checks and verify proper operation after maintenance or repairs.
    • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, Server, network switches, controllers, biometric devices, card readers, door locks, boom barriers, and related equipment.
    • Coordinate the replacement of faulty equipment under warranty or maintenance contracts.
    • Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, equipment labelling, cable management, and system records.
    • Monitor customer complaints, assign service requests, and ensure jobs are completed within the agreed response and resolution times.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
    • Maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables required for maintenance activities.
    • Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
    • Liaise with clients regarding maintenance schedules, technical issues, and service updates.

    Required Qualifications

    • Diploma, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
    • Professional certifications in CCTV, networking, access control systems, or electronic security systems will be an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CCTV and access control installation and maintenance.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
    • Proven experience with IP CCTV systems, access control platforms, networking, and electronic security systems.

    Working Conditions:

    • 12-hour work shifts as scheduled.
    • Availability for emergency call-outs and after-hours support.
    • Ability to work at heights and in industrial or construction environments when required.
    • A valid driver's license is required (Optional).

    Legal Officer
