The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, supporting leasing and property management activities, and coordinating vendor and contractor relationships.
A successful candidate serves as the point of contact for all employees, tenants, agents, lawyers, and other LHS clients providing administrative support and solving their queries.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative and operational functions.
Track and manage property lease agreements and tenant records.
Liaise with tenants, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and facility needs.
Support budgeting, expenditure tracking, and reporting.
Prepare operational and financial reports for management.
Conduct property and site visits when necessary.
Requirements
BSc / HND in Business Administration, Estate Management, or related fields
3 - 5 years experience in real estate, property management, or business operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
