    Project Manager

    Summary

    • We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance & Project Manager (Construction & Facilities Management) who is expected to support the daily operations of the company, including, building maintenance/facilities management, managing small and mid scale building construction projects, engagement in leasing and property management procedures and general administrative work.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise artisans and vendors for maintenance work
    • Oversee small to mid-scale building projects
    • Conduct regular inspections of properties and construction sites
    • Procure materials at best quality and price
    • Ensure timely resolution of tenant maintenance issues
    • Prepare weekly activity and progress reports.

    Requirements

    • HND / BSc Degree in Civil, Building, or Mechanical Engineering
    • 5 - 7 years experience in construction or facilities management
    • Strong communication, supervision, and vendor management skills
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Certifications or Trainings in Project Management and/or related field will be an advantage.

    Admin and Operations Officer

    Description

    • The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, supporting leasing and property management activities, and coordinating vendor and contractor relationships.
    • A successful candidate serves as the point of contact for all employees, tenants, agents, lawyers, and other LHS clients providing administrative support and solving their queries.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle day-to-day administrative and operational functions.
    • Track and manage property lease agreements and tenant records.
    • Liaise with tenants, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and facility needs.
    • Support budgeting, expenditure tracking, and reporting.
    • Prepare operational and financial reports for management.
    • Conduct property and site visits when necessary.

    Requirements

    • BSc / HND in Business Administration, Estate Management, or related fields
    • 3 - 5 years experience in real estate, property management, or business operations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
    • Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
    • Self-driven, reliable, and detail-oriented.
