We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance & Project Manager (Construction & Facilities Management) who is expected to support the daily operations of the company, including, building maintenance/facilities management, managing small and mid scale building construction projects, engagement in leasing and property management procedures and general administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise artisans and vendors for maintenance work
Oversee small to mid-scale building projects
Conduct regular inspections of properties and construction sites
Procure materials at best quality and price
Ensure timely resolution of tenant maintenance issues
Prepare weekly activity and progress reports.
Requirements
HND / BSc Degree in Civil, Building, or Mechanical Engineering
5 - 7 years experience in construction or facilities management
Strong communication, supervision, and vendor management skills
Valid driver’s license
Certifications or Trainings in Project Management and/or related field will be an advantage.
