Overall Job Description

• You will be required to focus on computing and recording day-to-day financial calculations, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, preparing taxes and checking financial records for errors.You are required to think analytically and mathematically, stay organized, communicate clearly and have an attention to detail.Also you are Responsible for analysing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.
• Preparing accounts and tax returns 
• Monitoring spending and budgets and Preparing budget forecasts
• Auditing and analysing financial performance
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis
• Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits 
• Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports 
• Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
• Keeping account books and systems up to date. 
• Publish financial statements in time 
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable 
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns 
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• Audit financial transactions and documents 
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information 
• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
