The candidate should have maturity to deal with multiple levels of stakeholders in the account and in the organization. This role will be an individual contributor but an influencer in this matrix.
KEY TASKS – MAJOR JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Relationship Development:
Targets:
Strategy Implementation:
Business Development:
Utilize VWR Resources:
Utilize local and global internal (cross-functional) and external contacts to help achieve targets.
Utilize VWR CRM database to manage customer relationships, interactions and information that will increase effectiveness and aid sales.
Planning/Forecasting:
Plan, forecast and achieve objectives and Key Performance Indicators in territory/ accounts, using pre-call planning for increased effectiveness.
Performs other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Chemistry or any other related discipline
Experience:
5-7 years of sales experience in Chemical / Lab products and Chromatography industry with min. 2 years of experience at same level in similar industry
