• The Graduate Trainee supports the accounting department by assisting with financial tasks and ensuring accuracy in financial records. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain practical experience in accounting while contributing to the financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording financial transactions in accounting software.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Process invoices, bills, and expense claims.
• Assist with accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and collections
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Prepare supporting documentation for financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records for audit purposes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 0-2 years of experience in accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero).
