    Job Responsibility

    • Handle functional HR management of Hotel, including staff recruitment, salary management, performance appraisal, promotion, replacement and other HR personnel actions.
    • Internal team management of hotel, including work scheduling, training team motivation.
    • Improving the service standard of hotel
    • Carry out inspections of property and services
    • Deal with contractors and suppliers
    • Ensuring good hygiene level and cleaning efficiency of hotel.
    • Ensure the efficiency of check-in and check-out process, giving customers a warm and friendly service.
    • Financial management of hotel, including financial data analysis, purchasing plan, and cash management.
    • Supervise maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings.
    • Taking charge of business cycle analysis and organizing the promotion and publicity of hotel branch.
    • Responsible for publicity of hotel branch. Expanding potential customers in nearby business districts and increase occupancy rate
    • Communicate and coordinate with the headquarters, including price adjustment, related support applications, etc.
    • Investigate and undertake market research, analyzing competition, and keying into industry trends.
    • Plan and organize accommodation, catering and other hotel services
    • promote and market the business
    • Analyze sales figures and devise market and revenue management strategies
    • Deal with customer complaints and comments, addressing problems and troubleshooting accordingly
    • Ensure events and conferences run smoothly
    • Ensure security is effective
    • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum of a bachelor’s Degree.
    • At least 3 years of proven experience working as a chain hotel manager.
    • Should be between the ages of 25 - 40 Years old

    Requirements and Attributes

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
    • Ability to lead, motivate & direct employees
    • Must possess the ability to think clearly and make quick decisions
    • Numeracy and logistical planning skills are desired
