    Customer Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell the company’s products to customers.
    • Attend to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
    • Process customer orders, payments, and follow up on deliveries.
    • Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
    • Maintain records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
    • Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless service.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • BSC / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management tools.
    • Prior experience in retail or product sales is an advantage.
    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
