We are currently seeking to recruit a Global Test Standard Enforcer (GTSE). Such an Individual will be expected to be accountable for the operational execution of proctored Computer Based test in line with Dragnet and Global’s standards.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the highest possible standards in Dragnet Testing
Determine, monitor and review Test Centre selection Criteria Standards
Implement a regime for regular physical inspections of centres
Implement a regime for the grading of centres
Execute and enforce Test Centre Agreements
Implement a scheme for the certification of Test Centre Administrators
Set and maintain guidelines for Pre-Test Day Activities
Set and Maintain guidelines for Test Day Activities
Set and Maintain guidelines for Post Test Day Activities
Review performance after every test day
Monitor candidates feedback channels
Work with GTD and GTA on improving the Dragnet world of Testing
Qualification
BSc in any related field
Skills Requirement:
Good IT skills and intermediate software and office suit use
Great Organising and Coordinating skills
Good communication skills and Interpersonal relationship
Self -motivated and confident in making sound business decisions
