Quantity Surveyor at an Engineering Services Company

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join their high performing team. 

• The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of both pre and post contract administration including assistance with preparing cost plans, estimates, bills of quantities, procurement, value engineering, tender reporting, valuations and final accounts.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying is required for this position and a Master’s degree is an added advantage.  
• Candidate should have a minimum of 6 years’ experience working for a reputable Construction Company .
• A prior experience in Estimation for at least 2 years is mandatory for this role.
• He/she must be friendly, motivated, highly professional with exceptional interpersonal skills to uphold high client relationships.
