We’re looking for a results-driven Site Manager to lead and deliver construction projects from start to finish on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage work plans, schedules, and cashflow forecasts.
Supervise and motivate site teams for peak performance.
Enforce QA/QC and HSE compliance; target “Zero Accidents.”
Manage subcontractors and optimize resource utilization.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures.
Qualifications
B.Sc. in Civil, Structural, or Building Engineering.
COREN or CORBON registration preferred.
4–6 years’ experience in civil/building construction projects.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong grasp of structural principles (concrete & steel).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, Orion.
Knowledge of Nigerian building codes & safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
