Role Overview

The Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and execution of on-site construction activities. The role ensures work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project timelines, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities.
- Ensure work aligns with project plans, drawings, and timelines.
- Monitor site productivity and report progress to the Project Manager.
- Enforce quality control and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and site logistics.
- Maintain accurate site records and reports.
