Job Description:
The Responsibility of Mystery Shoppers is to pretend as Shoppers (in this case: Banks) and make enquiries and perform bank transactions with or without spy cameras.
She/He is to follow guides to be given on how to perform the service audit.
She/He will fill the form given immediate after each service, fill an excel sheet and down load video where applicable.
The service must be done secretly as an undercover agent of Sales Energy and that of our clients.
Training will be available for selected candidates.
Desired Skills and Expertise:
1. Ability to communicate clearly and to observe.
2. Ability to transact and buy to make enquiries.
3. Simple use of computer to send mail, download/Upload video and to fill excel sheet.
4. Good dress sense
5. Confidentiality in covert operations
6. Ability to lead and meet deadlines.
7. Online presence on the go
