Build strong relationship with customers with focus on Customer Service
Identifies and understands customer needs, segment specific development of customers. Observes market trend in own cluster (e.g. competitive landscape)
Co-ordination with the sales team
Sales and quotation support: responsible for initiating quotation process for CS offering
Positively represent the company with all external/internal stakeholders
Keep customer data up to date in CRM and follow up leads and opportunities
Qualifications
A technical background is essential and an Engineering University degree or equivalent would be a distinct advantage.
