Job Brief

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the school’s facilities in accordance with its set policy/guidance and in compliance with appropriate legislation. The school’s facilities comprises of its boarding / academic / sporting / staff housing facilities. Role must ensure the facilities are ready for use at all times and adequately secured.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Good degree or equivalent
• Certification in Facilities Management with 3 years Post Qualification Experience (part-qualified with solid experience will be considered)
• Experience in Facilities Management and site operations (property and equipments) in a multi-national will be an advantage
• Experience in facilities management systems (e.g. FM Systems, SAP, Onserve, Oracle, etc.)

• Ready to relocate to Ogun State
