Job Description

• We are looking for a creative who can conceptualize, plan and develop designs for the construction and renovation of commercial, institutional and residential buildings.
• The architect's responsibilities include developing and presenting design proposals, preparing drawings, specifications and construction documents.

Job Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and determine their needs and requirements.
• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and specifications.
• Develop and present project proposals
• Adjust designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
• Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure design compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Assist in cost estimation and project presentations.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• You have at least two to five years of work experience
• Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree

Required Skills

• Degree in architecture.
• Previous experience as an Architect preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.
