Project Officer at CapitalSage Technology Limited

• Help the project manager with administrative duties and processes
• Schedule meetings and keep minutes
• Break down the project into doable tasks and estimate the duration
• Assist with planning, from start to finish of the project
• Prepare and distribute project materials
• Implement policies and procedures
• Prepare and maintain project budgets, including labor, materials, equipment and services
• Perform cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project
• Provide detailed progress reports to project managers and stakeholders
• Using CAD or other design software to create detailed MEP system plans and diagrams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in building, engineering
• 3-4 years experience A minimum of 3 years of industry knowledge may be strongly desired
• Advanced knowledge of drafting software including AutoCAD
• Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project
• Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time
• Knowledge of construction costs and time frames
