Digital Business Analyst at Sawubona Consulting Firm

We need a digital (web/mobile) business Analyst to join our brand and digital strategy & solutions unit

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Platforms design and Management
• Take lead in the analysis, design and implementation of websites and digital platforms
• Assist in requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews and client discovery work
• Manage web analytics (Google Analytics currently used) and ensure this is correctly configured and optimised for measurement, tracking and monitoring of results and insights).
• Digital marketing campaigns and initiatives Management
• Design digital campaigns across key digital channels
• Manage day to day running of existing campaigns and propose new ones where relevant
• Provide suggestions and ideas to test new digital campaigns and capabilities
• Stay abreast of digital / search marketing changes and opportunities
• Provide suggestions for SEO improvements
• Management of budgets and ROI improvements
• Research, Content development & Reporting
• Develop a deep market understanding through research and direct customer interaction; identify trends and unmet needs in the market.
• Manage product roadmap from idea generation to end of life and drive new product/technology development where required to meet market needs.
• Engage in segment thought leadership activities such as white papers, industry associations, presentations, industry panels, webinars, etc.

Experience / Skills

•  2+ years in digital marketing, technical documentation, digital project management, or a role that required deep understanding of technical process
•  Knowledge of standard digital tactics and channel interactions such as paid media, SEO and web creative
• Appreciation of website coding languages and their application: HTML, Java Script, CSS
• Experience in user interface design, mockups, wireframes, greylines, UX, or user interface reviews will be highly regarded
• Experience working in an digital, online, or web environment;
• Highly organized / Highly detailed / Excellent time management skills
• Agency and/or consulting experience a plus
