- Develop sales strategies, build and maintain the organization brand.
- Run a regular social promotions campaign and track success.
- Market the hotel facilities and services to increase occupancy rate.
- Target the marketing program at individual guests at corporate customers who require regular meeting facilities or accommodation for large numbers of people or visiting customers.
- Share the results of customer satisfaction and surveys and customer reviews with customer service team to enhance standard of customer care.
