Job Responsibilities

• Perform the full audit cycle including risk and control management with respect to operational effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with Company and statutory regulations.
• Conduct Internal Control evaluation and risk assessments to identify loopholes and areas requiring management intervention to prevent fraud, embezzlement, misappropriation, misuse and wastage
• Conduct Audit tests and investigations as designed by the Senior Internal Auditor.
• Prepares and submits monthly Internal Audit Reports to the Audit Committee for review.
• Ensure Complete Closure of Agreed Audit Committee Corrective Action Points.
• Evaluates information security and associated risk exposures.
• Carry out periodic inventory counts for all sections of the Crew operations.
• Evaluate the means of safeguarding company assets and as appropriate, verifies the existence of such assets.
• Review of all non-cash payables, including suppliers, payroll, taxation and other payables.
• Verify all items supplied before they are taken into storage for subsequent use.
• Review Hired Assets’ time sheets and Line workers’ time sheet.
• Verify all PPE issues and Check compliance to HSE rules for Workers.
• External Verifications and Effective Market Price Surveys
• Carry out any other Ad-hoc Functions as required by the Audit Committee.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of Second-Class University Degree or an HND in Accounting or other related discipline.
• Professional Certifications such as; ACA, ACCA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven record as an Internal Auditor, coupled with experience of Sage accounts package.
• High level of integrity and demonstrable professionalism.
• Knowledge of auditing and legal standards within an upstream Oil/Gas company would be an advantage.
• Attention to detail, excellent analytical skills in a fast-paced environment combined with sound independent judgement.
• Be fully conversant with Microsoft office
• Must reside within Onitsha and its environs.

Key Responsibilities

• To conduct routine microbiological and chemical testing of products and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor quality across raw materials, in-process and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate and complete test records and documentation.
• Perform regular equipment calibration and maintenance checks.
• Assist in internal audits and regulatory inspections.
• Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
• Work closely with production for quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Microbiology, Food microbiology, Food Science and Technology.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a relevant QC role.
• Good knowledge of Food Safety Standards.

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Officer to ensure that our products meet internal and external quality standards.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring all production stages, ensuring that quality procedures are followed, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct routine quality control tests and maintain accurate records of results.
• Monitor and enforce hygiene and safety standards throughout the production process.
• Report any quality issues and work closely with production and maintenance teams for prompt resolution.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and documentation.
• Participate in internal audits and support regulatory inspections.
• Provide training to production staff on quality standards and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree / HND qualification in Food Science & Technology, Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
• Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
