    Strategic Business Development Head

    Description :

    Enviroque Technologies equally distributes technology products from more than 100 world-leading IT OEM suppliers to more than 25,000 resellers throughout the United States, Canada, Argentina, UAE Dubai, Africa and Mexico. Our focused product categories in this market include IT systems, peripherals, system components, and software and networking products

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    Strategic Role:

    • New business development
    • Brand Building Strategies
    • Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments
    • Revenue generation through new account development and key account management;

    Operational Role:

    • Handling team of 8 - 13 people and Interface with Senior Management
    • Responsible for achieving sales target
    • Defining the exact marketing processes and responsible for executing the same.
    • Developing relevant business proposals
    • Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
    • Handling meeting with key clients
    • Provide necessary training to sales team as and when needed
    • Monitoring & evaluating the performance of sales team – by guiding them to move in proper direction

    Organizational Role:

    • To enhance organizational effectiveness through setting up appropriate marketing strategies
    • Consistent follow-through and resourcefulness, in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

    Qualifications :    
    Candidate should have minimum 5 years hands on experience in sales/ marketing, a University degree in the related field. MBA will be an added advantage.

    Skills / Profile

    • Ability to travel in short notice to meet with clients.
    • Demonstrated initiative to acquire and engage merchants and suppliers across retail sectors
    • Able to analyze and improve processes, measure results and achieve financial goals.
    • Excellent negotiation, organizing and prioritizing skills with great attention to detail
    • Capable of closing deals in a short time period.
    • Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, clearly and concisely as well as effectively at all levels across the company and with clients.
