- Develop regional buisness plans

- Ensure effective implementation of the company model
- Provide direction to the country offices
- Develop partnerships and attract new business
- Develop policies and procedures for efficency
- Be an advisor to the senior leadership team
Desired Skills and Experience
- 10 years management experience
- Investment and SME experience
- Advanced degree - MBA preferably
