CGC Nigeria Limited invites applications from young, talented, and motivated engineering graduates to join its one-year Graduate Trainee Program, designed to support the company’s long-term strategic growth, localization drive, and sustainable talent development.

 About the Program

• This Graduate Trainee Program is structured to identify, train, and retain high-potential engineering talents who will form part of CGC Nigeria Limited’s future workforce.
• Trainees will undergo direct, structured training under designated training units.
• Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be assigned new positions within the organization.
• The program runs for one (1) year.
• At the end of the training period, engagement may be renewed or terminated based on the trainee’s overall performance during the program.

 Eligible Disciplines

      Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.Eng / B.Sc / equivalent) in any of the following:

• Civil Engineering
• Structural Engineering
• Water Resources Engineering
• Environmental Engineering
• Road and Bridge Engineering

 Eligibility Criteria

• Not more than 30 years of age
• Must have completed NYSC (discharge or exemption certificate required)
• Strong academic background and interest in the construction industry
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
