Concrete Foreman at M-P Infrastructure Limited

This role is responsible for the execution quality, productivity, and site control of all concrete works including culverts, drainage structures, headwalls, aprons, and other reinforced concrete elements.

The successful candidate will lead concrete gangs on site and is accountable for ensuring that all works are delivered in full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and QA/QC standards, including reinforcement, formwork, concrete placement, testing, and curing.

Requirements:

• OND / Technical Certificate / City & Guilds in Civil or Structural Works
• 7+ years’ experience as a Concrete Foreman on civil or road construction projects
• Strong hands-on experience in reinforced concrete works (culverts, drainage structures, structural concrete)
• Knowledge of formwork, rebar fixing, slump testing, cube sampling, and curing procedures
• Ability to read structural drawings and supervise site concrete gangs (10+ workers)
