Job Responsibilities

•     Provide proactive human resource support around recruitment, training, performance management, reward etc to meet the business needs and enable the delivery of its strategic objectives
•     Propose, develop and implement sound human resource policies, practices and procedures in line with the business overall direction and leading practices
•     Work with the senior management team to own the process of putting in place Sound performance management and reward practices ensuring objectivity, equity, transparency and merit
•     Support on-going projects and functions with effective succession planning through robust regular reviews of personnel in key positions (permanent & temporary)
•     Serve as a key change agent supporting the business to communicate and navigate change as applicable
•     Serve as a key ambassador of the business value and culture, putting in place programs for employee communication and engagement

Qualifications and Requirements

•     A good first degree in social sciences or humanities with relevant professional certification and/or post graduate degree.
•     A minimum of ten (10) years work experience of which at least three (3) to five (5) years should be in a generalist role with good exposure to practices within the oil and gas industry generalist role with good exposure to practices within the oil and gas sector
