- B.Sc degree in Agric/Economics & Farm Management. Must possess NYSC discharged/exemption certificate and must have a minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience from the same or similar job.
- Must have practical/demonstrable knowledge of field/plantation operations, must have NYSC discharged/exemption certificate.
- The applicants must be dependable, trust-worthy and must have integrity.
- They must have impeccable human relations and ability to operate in an unfamiliar terrains.
