Growth Lead (Field & Community) at Iriko Prestige Investment Ltd

We are a fast-growing tech startup looking for a Field Growth Lead to drive user acquisition on the ground in Lagos. We don’t want someone to just hand out flyers; we want someone who can convert a conversation into a daily active user.

​The Mission:

• ​Drive "boots on the ground" user acquisition at key Lagos hubs (Tech zones, markets, malls).
• ​Onboard new users and ensure they understand our tech's value proposition immediately.
• ​Create raw, high-engagement video content of real user interactions for our socials.
• ​Report directly to the product team on user pain points discovered during field tests.

​The Profile:

• ​Tech-Savvy: You understand apps, UX, and how to troubleshoot basic user issues on the fly.
• ​The "Lagos Factor": You are street-smart, persuasive, and can navigate both the boardroom and the bus stop.
• ​Content Mindset: You know how to use a smartphone to capture "viral" moments during your field activations.
