    • JD-Handle walk- in customers at service center
    • Update CRM & ERP
    • Engineer co-ordination
    • Customer follow up

    Experience:

    • Total experience of 4- 5 years in customer service

    Skills:

    • Knowledge in Computer is a must.

    Educational Qualification

    • HND qualification.
