- BSc/MSc Business Administration
- Minimum of 3 years in secretary job
- Excellent managerial skills
PROFICIENCY IN MS OFFICE

JOB ROLE
- Working directly with MD/CEO
  attend meetings in all subsidiaries and give reports to the MD/CEO
  organize and maintain administrative schedules
  Perfrom administrative
- Manager spreadsheet
- Receoive customers/agents calls AND assist them with their questions and chalenges
- Prepare reports and minte meetings
- Maintain Office procedures
- Handling highly confidential documents
